The film "A Dark, Dark Man" won five awards at the "Critics' Choise Awards-2020" which was held online this year.

The film was awarded:

Best Drama-Film (general producers Akan Satayev and Ernar Kyrmashev; producers Serik Abishev and Olga Khlasheva)

Best Director (Adilkhan Yerzhanov)

Best Cinematographer (Aidar Sharipov)

Best Actor (Daniyar Alshinov)

Best Actress (Dinara Baktybayeva)
